Delivery in Australia
- Mudgee Hampers and Mudgee Produce Gift Packs are sent throughout Australia via Australia Post's Registered Mail Service.
- Due to Australia's vast size and consequent variation in scale of postal charges, Hamper prices quoted are inclusive of GST, but exclusive of post and handling charges which are additional.
- Post and Handling charges for each hamper are calculated from the Post Code entered in delivery details as you place your order.
- To see a Chart showing a summary of Postal Charges within Australia
- Post and Handling charges are shown in your record of transaction which shows the amount of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) charged on both the Hamper and Post and Handling.
- Post and Handling charges to destinations within Australia are inclusive of the Australian GST of 10 per cent. All prices shown within this site already include GST where it applies.
- When your hamper has been posted, we e-mail you to confirm dispatch, advise the date it was posted and the parcel's identifying Registered Post number.
- If the recipient is not home when the parcel is delivered, the postman leaves an Australia Post note in the mail box, stating that there is a parcel awaiting collection and the location of the Post Office. This service ensures that the parcel is not dumped on the doorstep - potentially in the hot Aussie sun or at risk of theft.
- While Registered Mail may result in a little inconvenience to the recipient, please be assured that in the 12 years that we have been trading, we have not lost a hamper.
- Post from Mudgee leaves at 3.30 pm on weekdays. Orders received after 9 am Australian time cannot be guaranteed to be mailed same day.

While we have experienced some amazingly fast deliveries, it is best to plan to the following:-
- Mudgee to Sydney – two working days
- Mudgee to Country NSW – three to five working days
- Mudgee to Victoria, Adelaide and Brisbane - three to five working days
- Mudgee to Rest of Australia - five working days.
