MUDGEE HAMPERS AND INTERNATIONAL GIFTING
SAFE TO SEND OVERSEAS
All the contents in Mudgee Hampers are non-perishable and can be sent overseas.
Our service includes completing customs declarations, we hand-write your greeting
card, pack-down with care and post on your behalf. Where an item is restricted,
for example, New Zealand prohibits entry of products containing eggs or honey,
we will substitute an item of similar value.
FREE OF GST
Hampers posted from Australia to overseas recipients are considered exports and
are free of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Our On-line ordering system
recognises when a destination address does not show an Australian Post Code,
and GST is automatically deducted from the value of your on-line order.
INTERNATIONAL POST CHARGES
International Post charges are additional to the hamper cost, and are based on
the hamper weight, destination, level of service (eg sea-mail, airmail, express
post international) and any additional special requirement such as Prior Notice
of Shipment required for gifts of food to USA.
Our web-site does not add international post charges to your on-line order,
because of the huge variation in post code formats. We add international postage
charges manually, and contact you to advise the total cost and gain your acceptance
of the total charges.

HOW LONG FOR DELIVERY?
All hampers are posted at Mudgee Post Office, and reach Sydney NSW the following
day. Allow three days for us to process, pick , pack and post your hamper to
Sydney. The following estimates are from Sydney to overseas destination.
Sea Mail -
only available to UK Europe, USA Canada. Allow up to 11 weeks including customs
clearance. See Sea

Air Mail -
allow five to 11 working days, more if delivery is to a rural area. Airmail is
our standard overseas delivery service. Insurance is optional.
Express
Post International - allow four to 8 working days, more if delivery is to
a rural area. This service offers priority handling, basic tracking and signature
on delivery (subject to designated countries).
Express
Courier International - allow three to six days to most capital cities. This
courier service offers full tracking and signature on delivery.
Insurance - is optional and additional on all services. Insurance is not available
to all destinations eg Africa, India, Middle East. Where insurance is available,
Mudgee Hampers will complete the necessary paper work for you. The fee
is $11 for the first $100 or part thereof, plus $2.00 for every additional $100
or part thereof
When the Mudgee Hamper has been dispatched, we e-mail you to confirm Date of
Posting, International Customs Declaration Voucher Code Number and credit card
debit.
