Delivery Outside Australia
The following estimate the period between the date you lodge your
order with Mudgee Hampers to its delivery overseas. Estimates are
based on delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities - allow
more time if the recipient is in a rural area.
Sea Mail - only available to Europe, USA Canada or the rest of the world. Sea mail is not available for Asia Pacific and New Zealand. Allow up to 10 weeks including customs clearance. See Sea Mail Closing Dates 2008 (.pdf) for Christmas closing dates.
Economy Air - no longer available
Air Mail - allow five to 11
working days, more if delivery is to a rural area. Airmail is the
standard service. Insurance is optional.
Express Post International - allow four to 8 working days, more
if delivery is to a rural area. Offers priority handling, basic
tracking and signature on delivery (subject to designated countries).
Express Courier International - allow three to six days to most
capital cities. This courier service offers full tracking and signature
on delivery.
Insurance - is optional and additional on all services. Insurance
is not available to all destinations eg Africa, India, Middle East.
Where insurance is available, Mudgee Hampers will complete the necessary
paper work for you.
The fee is $11 for the first $100 or part thereof, plus $2.00 for
every additional $100 or part thereof

Hampers posted overseas are considered exports. Goods and Services
Tax will not apply and will automatically be deducted from the value
of your order.
All International Delivery and Handling charges are additional and
will apply, subject to acceptance of quote.
Our shopping cart does not recognise International post/zip codes
- Delivery and Handling Charge will be shown as nil value on your
On-line Order Form.
We will contact you to advise the Delivery & Handling Charge
that applies and will not process your order until charges have
been accepted.
We complete a Customs Declaration on the customer's behalf.
Where an importing country requires we lodge 'Notice of Intention'
to meet anti-terrorism laws (eg USA) - a $10.00 surcharge applies.
If one or more contents are not permitted import/s, we will advise
prior to substituting a product of similar value.
When the Mudgee Hamper has been dispatched, we e-mail you to confirm
Date of Posting, International Customs Declaration Voucher Code
Number and credit card debit.
