By what date should I place my order so that it arrives in time for Christmas?

How do I place an order with Mudgee Hampers?

When will my hamper be delivered?

  • Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • A dispatch notification email with courier tracking information will be sent upon dispatch – it may take up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to register
  • Specific delivery date requests cannot be guaranteed

Estimated delivery times:

  • NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 1-3 business days
  • SA metro: 3-5 business days
  • TAS metro: 4-5 business days
  • WA, NT metro: 5-7 business days
  • All regional areas: 1-2 additional business days to metro estimates

Deliveries during the lead-up up Christmas can take longer than the estimates mentioned above – please be aware that extra time should be allowed to accommodate any unforeseen delivery delays during this peak period.

Can I personalise the message or gift card on individual hampers?

Yes. Each hamper offers a unique message with Mudgee Hampers simple and secure online ordering.

What payment methods can I use on Mudgee Hampers?

For the convenience of our customers, Mudgee Hampers accepts online payments from MasterCard, VISA and Ezyway through our secure online payments facility.

Does Mudgee Hampers deliver Australia wide and Internationally?

Mudgee Gourmet Hampers delivers Australia wide. Unfortunately due to food shipment restrictions we are unable to delivery outside Australia at this time.

How do I know if Mudgee Hampers received my order?

Mudgee Hampers will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail as soon as you place your order online. This e-mail will include a receipt of your order. You will also receive a second e-mail confirming payment and delivery details (including track and trace capability) once your order has been successfully processed. An online order tracking service is also provided for all orders to making tracking your package easy.
