By what date should I place my order to make sure that it arrives in time for Christmas?

We will be accepting orders for Christmas delivery up until Friday 15th December 2023 for lodgement by Monday 18th December 2023 as advised by Australia Post. Please note this does not include deliveries to NT or WA, we advise allowing an additional 5 business days.

Orders placed after 15th December 2023 will still be packed and shipped, however we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. 

When will my hamper be delivered?

All hampers are shipped via Australia Post. 

A dispatch notification email with tracking information will be sent upon dispatch – it may take up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to register.

Estimated delivery times:

NSW, ACT, QLD - 3-5 business days
WA, SA, NT, TAS, VIC - 4-6 business days
All regional areas: add 1-2 additional business days to metro estimates

Deliveries during the lead-up up to Christmas can take longer than the estimates above – please be aware that extra time should be allowed to accommodate any unforeseen delivery delays during this peak period.

Can I personalise the message or gift card on individual hampers?
Yes. Simply type your message in the labelled section when adding your hamper to the cart and it will be handwritten on the greeting card. 

What payment methods can I use on Mudgee Hampers?
We accept payment by MasterCard and Visa.

Where goes Mudgee Hampers deliver?
Mudgee Gourmet Hampers delivers Australia-wide. Unfortunately, due to food shipment restrictions, we are unable to delivery outside Australia at this time.

How do I know if Mudgee Hampers received my order?
We will send you an automatic confirmation email as soon as you place your order online. This email will include a receipt of your order.

You will also receive a second email confirming dispatch and tracking details once your order has been successfully processed.
